Warranty: Warranties on products varies within the type of product. Please read the whole description of the product of interest. If product description states the product is AS IS, the product contains NO warranty.
Any item with warranty MUST be installed by certified technicians in order for the warranty to be applicable. Any damage to the item done during delivery, unpackaging, and installation is NOT covered under warranty.
Software and licensing is not provided with any purchase of our items. We do not provide software and licensing services. Buyers must contact with the manufacturer or the local software technicians for this matter.
Shipping Limitations: When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for giving accurate information including name, address, any special descriptions if needed. If information the buyer has sent is not accurate, buyer is responsible for claiming a lost package with the shipment carrier.
In all other inquiries, if all information is accurate and the items are damaged or lost, we will contact the carriers and solve the problem for you.
Shipping Policies: Shipment time varies within the type of shipment.
Ground Shipment takes approximately 2-3 business days
Freight shipment takes approximately 6 business days
Drop shipment takes approximately 4 weeks to process.
Freight Shipments deliver either outside or curbside. Delivery to residences will include additional cost. Please contact us if this will be the case.

Dental Resell Management LLC is NOT responsible for any delays in shipment after it has been shipped from our warehouse.
IF THE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THE ITEM AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR ITEM.
IF YOU SIGN AND ACCEPT THE ITEM AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE DECLARING THAT THE ITEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT.

Return Policies: We accept returns from 30 days of the date from shipment.
Any damage done to item during unpacking and installation will NOT be accepted as returns and will not be refunded.
For guaranteed returns, item must be installed by a certified dental technician or the vendor that we provide for you in your location.
Returns are calculated by based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restock fee.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENT FEE OF RETURN.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of returned product.
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS DESCRIBED AS “PARTS ONLY”, “NON FUNCTIONAL” or “AS IS”.
Refunds:
Upholstery Refund: Refunds for upholstery fees will not be given back to customers who have purchased an item with upholstery added.
Delivery Refunds: If item is delivered by our company. Delivery fees will NOT be refunded back to the customer.
